Complete the form below to register for piano lessons with Donna Hinkley Music Tuition.
To secure your place in the schedule, a payment of $415.00 is required. This includes:
$100 registration fee
$315 term 2 lesson fees (pro-rated for lessons commencing 14th May)
You will be directed to the payment screen before submitting this form. Please note that fees are non-refundable should you choose to withdraw from lessons.
